Reasons why we may not have received/responded to your email/message

If we have been included on a marketing email list, this can end up with your [generic]@domain.com email address being marked by spam by our support tool. If you believe this may be the case, please reach out to us from a non-generic email address eg [name]@domain.com.

Our tool doesn't blanket block entire domains, so reaching out from a non-generic will ensure your response makes it through to us.
