Why are my bundle contents not pulling through on the orders.
If contents aren’t pulling through on an order, there are a few thigs to check which could be the cause of this.
Search & Collection Pages.
Are the Quick Shop buttons enabled in your search or collection pages? Adding a bundle to the cart via Quick Shop will result in an error with no products showing on the order, as this bypasses the bundle assembly stage. We recommend disabling Quick Shop on bundle products to prevent any confusion.
Customers must be redirected to the bundle page to complete their product selections and customize their bundle before adding it to the cart.

Accelerated and dynamic checkout options.
If dynamic payment options are enabled in your cart (for example, PayPal and Google Pay buttons), your bundles won't process correctly when a customer clicks these. This could result in your bundle prices displaying incorrectly.
Dynamic payment buttons will work correctly at the checkout stage but should be removed from the cart.
When customers select a dynamic payment option in the cart, the bundle order step is skipped. As a result, the price can be incorrect and the individual products will not be added to the order.
To resolve this issue we suggest removing payment buttons from the cart and only allowing them once the customer has reached the checkout (at which point the bundle has already been processed into individual products). It's possible to hide payment buttons in the cart using CSS code.

Legacy Separate SKU bundles.
If you are using the Legacy Separate SKU bundle type the cart integration is required to be done. If the cart integration has not been completed the bundle could fail causing the bundle contents to not display or the incorrect price to be charged.

Conflicting apps.
Some Date Picker and upsell apps are known to conflict with Kitenzo.
Legacy Separate SKU. bundles
Kitenzo is compatible with most Apps, providing they don't use the Shopify Draft Order's functionality - this is because Shopify only permits one App per store to make use of this functionality.
If you are using, or planning to use Multiple SKU Bundles, Bundle Builder will have be the only App that can use Draft Order's on your store, or you will experience issues with the Bundle's at checkout, such as them showing as out of stock or zero price.
If you have another app which uses the Draft Order's functionality, then you can still use Bundle Builder, although your Bundles will need to be limited to Standard formats only.
